I'm assuming that I've eating my greens lately, but about a month ago (Feels like yesterday) I had a bowel movements and it hurt like (fucking) crap. No joke, it tore the skin of the anus and I didn't want to tell my parents out of embarrassment. So I TRIED keeping it clean the best I could so it would heal properly. But seriously, it was horrible, and sometimes it would smell like an animal died (not that I TRIED to smell, just it was obvious). I could hardly move, and when I did I wanted to cry because of the pain ( I did a few times). Does this mean that I haven't been getting enough fiber? Cause I think I'm going to start taking fiber pills once a week... Or eating that one fiber cereal.Anyone else have this problem before? What did you do to help it? I want to prevent this from happening.I apologize for the language, it made me feel better typing it because of all the pain I went through.. lol

Is it all right now?More fibre should prevent that happening. Rather than fibre pills, the best way to get fibre in the diet is to eat lots of vegetables, not necessarily green ones. You should also make sure you drink enough water.

I think the best thing is to eat Muesli sometimes it contains a lot of fiber or foods that contains oats or wheat bran. Greens alone wont help, you need to have a diet which contains whole grain products and other vegetables for fiber along with greens, fruits and meat or proteins. I had similar problems like that when I was a kid.
