A lot of things saying if I wanna get bulkier muscles etc I have to basically wear myself out, "bomb" the muscle or whatever.But it can't seem to be done. Like my exercise bike for example. I can go until I can barely stand. But within 30 minutes to an hour, sometimes 3 hours max my muscles seem to be completely healed, stamina back, so on and so forth.Am I doing something wrong?

Who says you have to "bomb" the muscle? If you want to get bulkier you have to lift more weight, but less reps. For example, usually your supposed to do 3 sets of 10 reps, but instead of doing 10 do 7 or 8 with much more weight(as long as you can actually do 7 reps with this weight). No one says you have to kill yourself exercising just to get bulky. And i'm not too sure about that 3 hours on bike thing, doesn't seem too healthy. Why not try challenging yourself on the bike, which is probably why you say you get your stamina back, your not challenging your muscles. Try shifting the gears so pedaling is harder or something, switch back and forth.
Sometimes you don't feel the muscle soreness until the next day. Do your muscles feel sore at all after that 3 hour recovery period? If you are able to continue pushing yourself further every time you exercise and you are getting results that satisfy you, I don't see a problem. You may just be fortunate and happen to have a very short recovery time. Just make sure you don't go overboard and injure yourself.
Cardio will NOT give you bulkier muscles. If you cycle for 3 hours straight you will lose a ton of weight.
Go pick up some heavy weights and start eating if you want to bulk up.
