Well, as I said in another thread, I lost nearly 50 pounds. I'll post some photos. me1 me2 Basically, I need to feel like I'm not as big as I used to be. I still think I'm a whale. I want to lose another 25 pounds and it's so hard.Okay, so at my highest weight I was about... 247 pounds And right now my weight is around 198.I want to get down to about 175. but the last time I weighed myself on a crappy scale it said I gained like 8 pounds, but I think the scale is wrong >.< And plus i'm going to start my period soon so I'm probably dragging around a few extra pounds. But anyways, can someone help me? My self esteem is really in the gutter. Oh and I'm around 5'8". I'm curvy, and I accept that. I wear between a size 13-14 now. And about a 32 waist. Before I was wearing a tight stretchy size 16 and at least a stretchy 34 waist.I just keep thinking I'm a whale, and my boyfriend tells me i'm not. he loves my curves. I think I have a huge ass too, but he loves my ass so i'm like "GAH!" I do feel a bit better about myself, but I want to get down to a comfy size 11. I tried on a little black dress the other day that was size 11. I could get it on, but it was too tight. So I felt huge It's my boobs and hips. -sigh- And I hate my legs. They're so muscley, that I can't wear boots up to my knees because my calves are too fat sometimes. But yeah, I'm rambling now. lol. Basically I'm just looking for some opinions on how to lose my last 25 pounds. I walk nearly every day, I do tae-bo daily, and I work as a cashier which is sometimes heavy lifting. I drink a LOT of water too.thanks in advance

Wow, let me start off by saying congradulations! 50 pounds is amazing, I hope you're super-proud of yourself! Don't get all unmotivated, it's 25 more, you've already done 50. 50! *Have you tried pu-erh (spelling?) tea? It helps digestion and well, I found myself feeling better after drinking it. I don't know if it actually helps you loose weight, but it might stop you feeling sluggish. *As for food, I don't know anything about what you eat but maybe trying to eat smaller portions more often, to increase metabolism. It might work, something new to try!*Also, I found this...''Cleaning up dairy can eliminate a lot of fat, a lot of un-needed calories and improve your energy levels and help you sleep better. Consider removing it for a short period of time to help with the last 10 pounds to lose. Then add them back in if you feel you need to. Please note how you feel when you add dairy products back into your life. You may notice that you feel worse, have less energy and have stomach problems again. Just pay attention to what happens when you re-introduce them, then make a decision.''Just to let you know, I don't know about the dairy thing. I never tried to be a vegan (maybe one day though!) , just a veggie. But it might be worthwhile looking at for a little while? I just thought it was interesting. *Finally, imagine how fantastic you're gonna look and feel in that size 11 dress (and all the other size 11 clothes waiting for you out there)!

Hey there! Thanks for replying ^^Yeah I'm very proud of losing so much. Hmm, as for dairy, I don't have much. I've never tried that kind of tea, but when I have tea it's always green tea, just plain with nothing in it.As for my diet, I eat whats given to me because im living at home over the summer. its not the healthiest, but I tend to work most of it off.I dont eat much meeat either. Red meat especially. I really want to tone up my belly. I still have love handles after losing so much, and it bugs me to no end!Yeah, I could wear the dress, but it was wayyy too tight for comfort, but it showed off my curves real good. I should havebought it anyways. lol But I already went through a lot of my clothes and gave away all my "fat" clothesheres my old jeans. woo! those are size 16, and I got rid of them real fast. lolSo as you can see, I lost a ton around my hips and my thighs dont really rub together at all anymore so i can wear skirts without the chafing!I really want to get into running, but i have a heart murmur and asthma, so im limited.

There was a thread a couple of months ago regarding love handles. Maybe you'll find some suggestions there...Lol, I din't mean wear the dress now, like you said - too tight for comfort. I just meant that once you loose the 20 odd pounds imagine how it'll just slip right on and how great you'll feel in it. About the running - my mom couldn't run either, she had pneumonia a few years ago and her lungs got damaged pretty badly. But what she does is: she walks quickly pushing her hips out to the sides (You know you're doing it right if it looks funny! ). I tried it and it gets quite tiring...I'm sticking to jogging. Eventually, she started to run extremely slowly and building it up. I don't know if it will work for you, but maybe.Unfortunately, i can't see any of your pictures - no facebook!

Hey hun. You've been doing so good!! lets see if i can give you some tips..1. eat lots of fiber!! Fiber should be your best friend (other than me;) hahah) At least 8 grams of fiber at breakfast.2. cut out juices and pop. 3. you can jog.. just do your inhaler before u go and take it with you. Just try jogging for 1 minute.. walk for 1 .. then increase the intervals. 4. Try making your own meals.. have healthy snacks prepared and have go to meals. If you're in a rush you can just grab them as apposed to going to a fast food place or eatting something unhealthy.

No more bread. No white flour, sugar, no CHEESE! Alcohol makes people fat, by itself AND by giving you the "drunk munchies".Eat more fruit and veggies! It's also helpful to eat your "lunch" in two sittings, spread about 2 to 3 hours apart.Congrats on your weight loss. Keep in mind that it will take AT LEAST as long to lose the fat as it did to gain it, unless you do a crash diet or get surgical help - not recommended!

Instead of conforming to the 3 big meals that everyone eats, try eating around 5 small meals that consist mostly of fruits and veggies. (Celery is preferred) Eating an apple has just about the same affect as a cup of coffee on your body (but without the harmful caffeine) Natural sugars in fruits are the way to go. Plus veggies have iron and other nutrients that will help keep you healthy.-Stay away from fast food. Even Subway-Do Cardio Workouts at least 3 times a week for 20-30 min a time-Take a multivitaminCongrats on losing 50lbs! You can make it 25 more!
