Good ways to lose weight on my thighs?
-
About how tall are you? I'll let you answer, do you have a gym you go to or good eqiptment at home or neither?
-
You can't just loose in one area. It doesn't work that way. Do you exercise at all...cardio or weights?
-
You cant spot reduce. The only way to lose weight in your thighs is to lose weight as a whole. Generally your problem areas are the last spots for the fat to be dropped. Just eat a healthy diet & exercise on a regular basis & you'll see results after a few months...

well i know im not 6" or taller, and I have one of these machines that sorta replicates a jogging/biking motion (not an exercise bike or a treadmill) and i use it 15 min a day (thats what the guy told my dad to do, and i do it too) if the weathers nice, i swim in the afternoon for about 45min, and at evening when my friend feels like it, we'll go biking for 45min

15 mins on the machine won't do anything, my aunt uses the same sort of machine and she uses it for 50+ mins a day and she still isn't seeing results.

Anon, if you want to loose weight in your legs you should stat doing a lot of running. And if you don't have any stamina you should start off with lots of short sprints till you can works yourself up to 5 miles or so.

I agree - 15 minutes of cardio is barely going to make you break a sweat. You need to do cardio about 45 minutes every morning before breakfast. You'll burn more fat after a nights rest & empty stomach. If you do more than 45 minutes it turns catabolic, but unless your a weightlifter or strength athlete that probably doesnt matter. If you're a beginner, you might only want to do it 3x a week at first.
