Is there anything out there as magical and wonderful as Tuna without the risk of mercury poisoning.
I'm looking for something that I can eat once or twice daily on top of my normal foods equivalent of Tuna and here is why it's amazing.
A whole can of Tuna (Nothing added) is only 150 calories and 32.5 grams of protein =O and to boot it's only 49-69c
When I looked for high protein low calories online I find BS stuff like nuts or peanut butter. PB is 200 calories 180 fat and little as 8 grams of protein, nuts are 150-200 8-10g of protein, that to me isn't a high source of protein without high amount of calories.
