I've been with my boyfriend for 9 months. We had a pretty great relationship up til the last month. We've been fighting a lot more than before. We either have really good days or bad ones. Yesterday we had a serious talk about our relationship and he admitted that he doesn't like me as much as he used to but he doesn't want to break up. He thinks that it's because we both haven't been in such a long term relationship and that's why we've been fighting so much. We both agreed to try and see how it goes as time goes on. Sometimes I wonder if it's even worth it, it's his senior year and we know we're not going to do long distance when he leaves for university. I know i still want to be with him, hopefully until he leaves...but I don't know if it's the right thing to do?

Welcome to A2A, Nic. You don't indicate how old you are. I assume that you are younger than he.
You have to assess what's in this relationship for YOU. If you have already decided that you're not going to try to make it work long term (i.e. after this year) what's in it for you? For him it's something until he finds someone else at university. All relationships encounter some rocky times.

Are you guys spending alot of time together???This happens to me and my boyfriend when I see him alot. Every couple goes through rocky patches.

Yup, that's one of the things we've been arguing about, I think we both need some space and spend more time with our own friends.
Thanks a lot
