Ok basically I've slacked for years yeah I'm bad in my schooling, now it's about time for me to take the G.E.D in just a year. I feel I'm fairly capable to do most of the G.E.D without any trouble at all, but I fail HXC at math and geometry. Do any of you know any sites I can learn if nothing else the basics of these.FractionsAlgebra 1 and 2Geometry I need a free site that explains these well because I have somewhat of a leaning disability and I need things to be explained well for them to stick. One thing that kinda pisses me off though is that the fields I'm likely to go in I'm never going to touch any of this, yet I have to know it all to pass the G.E.D to get into college. When I'll seriously probably never need to more than Addition, Subtraction, multiplication and division.Personally I think it should be my choice to learn more than bare basics unless I choose a field that directly requires to know that high of level of said tools. Why would I ever need algebra 2 or calculus to say become a writer. although I know neither of those are actually require for the G.E.D

God damned is that funny!and wrong, oh so fucking wrong!I know because i thought the same shit!I use math all the time, all the fucking time!with out fractions (US anyways) you can not even measure a fucking board to be cut to fit to build a wall or a god damned dog house!geometry? Ill never use that shit! Guess what? I use it nearly fucking daily!I recall looking back now all that same shit form my head to my mouth! I was wrong, oh so fucking wrong, and so are you.You will use math for your entire life, I hate it, still hate it, and i use it every fucking day. From runnign a dozer to cut a slope and watch grade stakes to refurbishing a house, to building a shed and figuring angles for cuts to do molding around a door and a room. Learn the math, youll need it no matter wht job you have, for the rest of your life.it sucks it really does, I agree, its boring and hated, and the most usefull thing I ever learned.
