Ok. But I don't know how do I behave towards cats now?Is it dangerous to pet an unknown cat? I mean what if youreally get bitten by a cat then you're in some pretty deepshit cause then you really have to worry if this cat mighthave had something. So I guess it's not very responsible topet cats which is sad cause I like cats.

I think it's fine to pet all cats, stray or not. My advice is to watch out for cats that don't like getting close to humans, they will hiss at you and back off. These cats may scratch you if you try to pet them cuz they see you as "danger". So don't try to play with those.
Cats which will purr and rub against you are alright to pet and have a lower chance of scratching or biting you. Play with them as you like. It will be fun. Of course don't provoke them and make them angry.
If you have wounds then please cover them with a bandage before playing with any cat. And wash your hands with water and soap after playing.
If you like cats that much, get a pet cat of your own and pay visits to the vet to get it properly vaccinated against diseases. If not buy a kitty plushie and play with it, it is the safest.
As for getting bitten by cats, as long as you don't provoke them I don't think they will bite you. In case you get bitten wash the wound with lots of water and soap for 5 mins, then visit a doc. This is only necessary if the wound is deep, like the bite has broken your skin and there is blood. If the bite is not too deep or skin hasn't broken all you need to do is just wash it.

Can you only get rabies if a cat bites you or how can you get it?And the person I know got bitten by a cat which also seemed nice but then she suddenly bite him.

Why don't you find out the last time there was a case of rabies in domesticated animals in your area..Next find out when there were confirmed cases of rabies in wild animals in your area...Then when you find out the answer, tie it all together and find out how absurd your fears are.

There must have a reason why the cat did that. Either it was pissed off and was provoked. We humans tend to overlook the feeling of animals most of the time and blame them later for the consequences. But what if you have a wound which is older and not fresh and you get saliva on it? Is rabier more contagious than HIV for example?

If the wound has closed, the virus cannot enter the bloodstream.
