So, I have been stretching for about 3 weeks, 2 weeks before It was on and off, but this week and until I reach my goal I wouldn't get lazy, so this week I did it every single morning and night. The problem is I can't stretch it, every time I do, it comes back to the same size. I don't think I made any progress. I have a serious phimosis. I can't fit 2 fingers in. Only my pinky. and Barely. So I have been using cotton swabs every day and night for 5 minutes.I will try to make my own glansie out of some objects from Home depot. That I could wear 24/7 ofcourse. Any tips, suggestions? I have no idea what to do.
Hi astuonittwentyone, welcome to A2A.Patience is important in stretching. It is especially important not to stretch so hard that the skin tears. Time is the important thing.Something you could wear for longer would be good, but only if it doesn't cause damage. Three weeks, with only one week regular, isn't very long, so give it time.
im in the same position but not so bad by the sounds of it, everyday for the last week or so ive been stretching my foreskin in the shower, i find warmm water and shower gel lubes it up and makes it 10 times easier! ive been coming on in leaps and bounds and cn just about retract when i am erect now and i have no problem pulling it back with no erection so as said above, consistance is the key! keep going, dont give up and dont over do it and you'll definately get there !!
The vast majority of tight foreskins can be suitably loosened within a month or so by persistent stretching twice daily.
When possible start by warming the penis. Use baby oil, Vaseline intensive care hand and body lotion, Nivea or any bland cream as a lubricant. Pull the foreskin forward away from the body several times then pull it back as far as it will go onto the glans (head of the penis} and hold it in this stretched position for several minutes. If done with an erection the stretching will be even more effective. Do this several times a day.
When stretching begins to make the glans (head of the penis} visible, grip the glans between thumb and fingers and roll the foreskin forward over the glans and thumb. Thus providing a larger platform on which to stretch. Hold it in this position as long as you can at a time - say 5 minutes. Repeat as often as you have the time and enthusiasm for. Later you will find there is room for two or more fingers to insert into the tight ring of the foreskin to stretch it further.
