Okay, I eat a healthy lunch and dinner (food before 10am makes me feel sick, so I skip breakfast) and I have no health problems, but ever since I've started earning disposable income, I find it hard to go past a shop and not buy something to eat or something to drink(most of the time unhealthy) on my way home from college. And if I know there's an alternative route somewhere with a shop on the way, I will just take that route. This has been going on for about 4-5 months now, and it;s pretty much 10-15 of the 20 days a month I am in college. I keep saying i;m going to stop but then i find it really really difficult to not get something. It's not like i LOOK unhealthy either, I have a healthy build, and quite skinny arms. Because of this, I'm really worried I am also damaging my body on the inside with no effect on my weight.Despite all this, I still can;t find the willpower to stop I try leaving my wallet at home, but the next day i forget to leave it (as it;s a habit to pick it up if I'm going out, or to work) and then buy something.I don;t understand why I feel so dependant on food, my parents rarely snack, and I grew up with a healthy eating routine, and disciplined snacks, so it;s not as if I haven't been cared after well.

If you havent put any weight on, then I wouldn't worry too much about it. You might be stress eating from the presure of school. Just try to keep it as healthy as possible.Good Luck...

You should consult a nutritionist for any kind of medicines and not take on your own.

Well i think you need to discuss with your doctor because he would suggest you better advice on it . Moreover, you need to eat healthy foods such fruits , fish as well . I am also expecting from you people to discuss on it and look forward to knowing from you people .
