Hello,I need some opinions from you guys before I consult a doctor. I'm 21, male, 6'1" and 170lbs. I don't feel as though I'm physically underdeveloped in any way, but I have a decent amount of vellus hair on my arms and on my face with little actual facial hair.My facial hair does seem to be growing, I have decent sideburns and some under my chin and above my upper lip but it all started coming in slowly and after puberty. The men on both sides of my family as well as my brothers all have arm hair and facial hair. Secondly, I find my mood still swings back and forth and I can be irritable at times. I'm not currently sexually active and I can go a couple days without having the desire to masturbate which I feel is unusual for a 21 year old. This is why I feel this might all be connected to hormones or testosterone but I'm just not sure. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Low testosterone levels?

It's possible that you're a little low on testosterone or dihydrotestosterone, but only a test would show that. The things you describe - being a bit slow to develop arm and face hair, mood swings, not very high libido - could be considered as being within the normal range of experience, even if they are suggestive.
