Occasional very vigorous activity without any preparation is more likely to result in injury.
I wouldn't worry about being thin. If you are not starving yourself, being thin just means you have an ectomorphic body type, and you are meant to be wiry rather than look like a bodybuilder. (You'll find as you get older that you start spreading sideways, anyway - enjoy being thin while it lasts.) -

To get fit quickly work out regularly and follow a balanced diet meal plan. Combine your exercises and try new exercises to avoid routine exercises. Stay close to people who are motivated and create a healthy environment around yourself. Avoid alcohol, smoking and have proper sleep. -
