I always understood that having only one testicle does not render you less fertile than a person that has two, but I was just curious to see if someone here even went as far as being a sperm donor with only one testicle.

Welcome to A2A, Aiken. It must drop your sperm count, but it's still likely to be in the high fertility range, since most people are so far over what is needed. If the sperm count and other factors are still in the ranges the sperm banks are looking for, I don't see why they shouldn't accept the sample.
