So I'm 22 and I dident actually know you were ment to have the head of your pens pop out. Anyway a girl asked me if I could do it so when I got home I gave it a try. Anyway as I was doing it slowly I noticed the foreskin kind of roll up and inside of its self. At this point t it slipped behind the head but I was in massive pain. I started reading into stretching tips and I can do it when completely flaccid but if I so much as get a semi I can't take the pain and am literally shouting in pain.also when it comes to rolling it back up it gets stuck. This morning it took me nearly 20 mins or so to get it back into its normal position. Is any of this normal and if so any tips on how to stop the pain? I've had sex once before with a condom and some unprotected and it was fine

22 and massive pain

@boysea I's not normal to have pain. Can you explain where the pain is exactly? Obviously, your foreskin is too tight if you cant freely pull it back when erect and are having trouble pushing it back. You will need to work on stretching it out.

The pain seems to be around the Frenum area. The very weird thing is the pain even tho unbearable I find that I do ejaculate a bit quicker than normal. I just don't understand while pulling it over the head it dissent hurt at all but as soon as it goes behind is when it get painful almost like squeezing it when your building up.

@boysea Well it appears that your frenulum is being overstretched and that is causing the pain.. You should work on stretching the overall circumference of the opening to allow it to reduce tension on the frenulum. Since you are having that much pain, there is a chance that the frenulum could rip during sex. Having ti tear seems frightening and is probably bloody and painful in the short term, but is not such a bad thing long term. If it is extremely short and problematic, a doctor can snip the frenulum too.

Last night I decided to roll back past the head while flaccid and give a little touch about. I noticed where the foreskin touches at the bottom seemed ezstreamly sore as did the Frenum but did not seem as bad as when i made this post. Does the head need to be exposed more and more to stop the "pain" or am I just confusing pain with sensitivity? Also Ive noticed the foreskin rolls in and this is what is making it hard to get back into place. Is this normal.fir the foreskin to do that?

@boysea You very well may be confusing pain with sensitivity which in effect is kind of the same thing. Exposure, washing, contact, sex etc will help desensitize the glans.
The foreskin is rolling in because it is too tight.

Today I noticed a big improvement. Altho it is still not gliding down properly and easily I can get it behind the glans without extreme pain. I guess I should keep doing this to help the foreskin stretch to help it glide properly or do I just keep it above the glans?
-
@boysea You need to do whatever you are comfortable with in order to stretch it out. What do you mean "just keep it above the glans"?
-
So instead of exposing the entire glans just keep it at the widest point.

I don't know how you "keep" the foreskin anywhere. It's going to do whatever it wants as you move around. It's normal position would be to cover the glans. It's not going to "stay" at the widest point.
