Im 17 and circumsized. For a few years now ive noticed a small bump with a white center right under my penis head where there frenulum meets the head. Its painless and unnoticeable altough it does cause me stress thinking about what a girl would think if she saw it (virgin). It looks similar to a pimple and is way more noticeable when im erect (i pretty much cant see it when flaccid). Ive mildly squeezed it and the white part of it turned a reddish shade for a few seconds before returning back to white. This isnt a case of fordyce spots or PPP im pretty sure since ive looked into both of those. Does anyone know what it is and can it be rid of?

Single, small bump on frenulum.

Sometimes the way a circumcision heals can create 'tunnels'--holes which can gradually accumulate residues of sebum from sebaceous glands. They often present a small bumps with a whitish or yellowish core. It may be that that's what you have. They are quite common. It's unlikely anyone would notice other than yourself.
