I am a 13 year old boy and I am concerned that I know little about masterbation. First of all do u have to pull back your foreskin to ejaculate ? I have always been worried about pulling back my foreskin as I have never done it and I have just learnt that that it was possible and that people do it. It looks disgusting and I cringe when ever I think of it. So how do u do it and do u need to?
@boy At 13, you are most likely in an early stage of puberty. Unless you have an older brother, or an older friend, it's not abnormal that you have limited information about the male body and how it works. For some reason, it seems that school classes and dads don't want to address these questions..
Yes, you should pull your foreskin back to ejaculate. If you cannot do this, you should begin stretching your foreskin. It will take awhile; this does not happen overnight. There are instructions, in several threads, on the site. Use the search function to find them.
As I said it feels really wierd and I don’t like even thinking about it as I don’t know if it is right. Can you recommend how I go about doing it and what to expect
@boy Start with a look at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreskin and particularly the picture of the foreskin pulled back in stages at https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/26/A_Foreskin_Retraction_Series.JPG
Note that the foreskin tends to loosen in puberty. You start out life with it adhering (sticking) to the glans. Gradually it detaches from the glans, and then, in time, grows looser. Since you may be still fairly early in puberty, this natural process may still have a way to go. If you cannot retract at this time, it's not a cause for worry.
Quite often the foreskin doesn't become loose enough naturally, and has to be helped. If, after puberty, it is not possible to expose the glans (the head) because the foreskin is too tight and won't expand enough to get the head out, this is called phimosis, and can usually be corrected by stretching exercises. There are descriptions and pictures of some exercises at https://www.wikihow.fitness/Do-Phimosis-Stretching
Doing stretching exercises early, when the skin is most supple, is a good thing. However you should never force anything. You do not want to tear the skin or damage the skin in any way, as this causes scar tissue that is not stretchable. Be very gentle and very patient, but to be effective you have to do it regularly. Make it part of your daily routine; twice a day if possible.
