How can i get myself on a path of waking up early every morning? I want to start excerising every morning.. So... I usually wake up about 0630 .. to get ready for school.. BUT! I want to get up at 0500 or so i can do an hour a morning.. Get up.. wake up :P .. Stretch.. then start.. I am going to use the exercise bike.. So any tips?

Go to sleep at about 9 PM. So be in bed at 8:30. It takes 72 hours for your body to re-adjust to the time change, so the first couple of days you're probably gonna lie in you bed at night restless, and then be dead tired when you wake up. But if you force yourself to wake up at 5 in the morning, it gets easier with time.Oh, and the reason for 8 hours sleep, for me I need about that much to function for the whole day and be tired at the right time.

just start getting up at 5... even if you don't get enough sleep the first few days, your body will get tired and start wanting to go to bed earlier.

GO FIGURE! I talk about waking up early.. BAM 0430.. Im up.. I didn't excercise.. ( to tired went to sleep at like 2200 ? 2230? ) Now I'm about DEAD tired.. I will force myself to stay up till like 8 or something.. if not it will screw it all up.. I gotta exericise tonight.. Like an hour of it or so..then off to bed..

take it easy for a while try not to push yourself too much

Stay off the alcohol and go to bed one hour earlier than normal.

I havn't drinkin in like a month.. and when i did.. It was only 3 shots of vodka .. straight

Its to hard to drink over here.. No one has alcohol.. So i hardly ever get alcohol anymore.. It probably easier to get ahold of some hardcore drugs than it is alcohol..

Good, that should help. Put your alarm clock somewhere that you have to get OUT of bed to turn it off, like the other side of your room.
