Hey, i was jw but is this a good idea.. on Monday,Wednesday and Friday i will work my triceps/biceps, and on Tuesday and Thursday i will work on my abs and legs, then rest on the weekend.

No, you should not work smaller muscles hard three times a week. I woulnt work your triceps anymore than twice & your bis more than once. You'll hit them in other exercises like tris during bench on chest day and bis during lat-pulldowns and rows.You might wanna try this & see how it works for you.Monday -- Chest, Shoulders, and BiscepsWednesday -- Legs and AbsFriday -- Back and TricepsBe sure to Squat and Leg Press on leg day.
