Hey I'm 15 in pretty good shape I'm 15 I'll turn 16 in april. I am about 5'6 and weigh close to 130 But i am pretty skinny I want to get broader shoulders and stuff.I run alot and exersize alot. usually using 23 lbs on a dumbell doing preacher curls, I do military presses using 76 lbs in reps of 5-10\. I also do pushups and can currently do 50+ if i strain my arms.

Well if you're having problem gaining weight I see your problem already. Hardgainers, aka ectomorphs, have very high metabolisms. They could eat a terrible diet & still not gain weight. You're gonna have to stop all that runnin & exercising if you plan on getting bigger bro. If you weigh 130, I'd suggest you take in about 4500-5000 cals a day w/ 260grams of protein. Lift 4 times a week focussing on different muscles each time. Cut out the cardio, you dont want to burn excess calories running. You want to save them for muscle growth.
Just lift hard, eat big, and sleep long :smile:.

thanks man that is prolly it, I can eat what ever i want and i dont gain weight to fast. and when i do gain weight its lean muscle nothin bulky like i want. Like one month i gained 15 lbs but it was just from tightinin my muscles up and stuff i didnt really get much bigger. I can eat all the junk i want i dont get to much bigger like you were saying. I can get stronger but i dont get to much bigger. I am lanky but i stay skinny no matter what i do. i will try your 4,500 to 5,000 calorie a day plan,sleep alot more and cut out the cardio stuff. the only reason i was keepin the cardio was for my abs but i can do sit ups for that.thanks alot man oh yea ima do the heavier stuff with less reps to
