I am 15 And i really havent grown much since i started lifting weights.I have o clue what the problem is but i have been told that it could be lifting weights.That would be really gay because I think i might be a hardgainer and exersising is the only thing thats gona help me get bigger.I guesse i could still do push ups and curls,sit ups and maybe some pull ups.

Started lifting at 13. Did a lot of weight lifting at 15 and 16. hardly worked out at all at 17. Picking it back up now at 18.I'm 6' tall.

some people believe so and actually sometime sit does prevent growth but most of the time it has no effect on your hight

When did tyou start workingout? I started at 13 and I have not had any problems. I am 6foot tall so I doubt it has stunted my growth. So why shouldn't he start working out now? Let me guess, you do want his to surpass you before he's 15.

LMAO good one Joe.Unforgetto, you say no becuase you CANT find any evidence to back your claims. You're too dumb to realize just how stupid your claim is. I keep mentioning curls becuase that's about all you do. From what I can tell your workouts consists of very light material, and you dont have the proper knowledge on diet to get very strong.

actually joe is correct, most people believe if you start before 15 then your body isnt phsycally ready for it and that it will stunt your growth, but if you do it regularley (i.e. 50 reps, 3 sets a day for a few weeks an dthen move it up) then you shouldnt have a problem, i started at 10 and im 13 (Yea!!!! Im 13 TODAY!!!!!) and im 5'3
