Variceole?

Surgery is the only solution but it is usually done only in bad cases.

What exactly is a bad case of a variceole? (duno spelling sry T_T)

I know a lot about varicoceles, since I had one for about 5 years, which I later had repaired with surgery. A "bad case" of a varicocele that warrants surgery to repair it has at least one of the following:1. When the varicocele is large, causing persistent discomfort and pain.2. Causing your testicle to atrophy (shrink in size).3. Causing infertility (low sperm count) and you are trying to have a child. Any one of these, and you have a problematic varicocele that is worth while getting fixed with surgery. If you don't have any of these issues, then surgery is not recommended, and you can live with a varicocele the rest of your life without issue. In my case, I had #1 and #2 above. My sperm count was fine. So I had the surgery to repair the varicocele, and most of the aching pain is gone, and my left testicle returned to its full size, the same size as my right testicle.
