Okay, I'm slightly unsure as to what to do. Last weekend (as with most weekends) I enjoyed regular sex with my girlfriend (without using a condom - she's on the pill) and we had a great time . On Monday evening I got home from work and noticed a very sharp localized pain in the shaft of my penis, about half way up. The pain is more severe when I'm erect, and I've been noticing it ever since. It doesn't really effect me when I'm flaccis, but when I hol my penis I can feel the pain.I'm very worried about what this is and how I should go about dealing with it. I've told my girlfriend and she's concerned but doesn't know what it could and has just suggested going to a clinic.I've considered that it might be a trapped nerve or maybe an STD? Any ideas would be very helpful. Thanks

HELP - Sharp Pain in Penis

That would definitely be one to see a doctor about, in my opinion. It is certainly possibly due to an STD, or you might have a urinary tract infection (though that usually manifests as painful urination, I think). But either way, you definitely want to get that checked out; I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want to find out later on down the road when it's too late to do anything that this was something you could've prevented or something.

Thanks for the advice, I'll definately sort out an appointment as soon as possible. Another symptom I've noticed is some urine leak whilst I have an erection. If anyone else has any advice I'd be very appreciative.
