Sleeping trouble..

Make it interesting for yourself. Mental games or quizzing yourself can help your brain and your boredom.
-
Or simply masturbate before going to bed for those "bedroom eyes."
-
I havn't been masturbating alot latly either..cause of the recent spell of depression.. Just no real urge to go at it..

melatonin works great to reset your sleep cycles
-
try working out and taking a hot shower a couple hours before you hit the sack.
-
You shouldn't work out right before you go to bed. That will give you energy.

That's why you do it a couple of hours before you are going to bed. Working out burns energy, you just need a little time for your body to settle out. I do it all the time. Makes me tired.

melatonin? Whats that..

Exercise... I can tell you that I've had some of the worst sleeping problems of anyone I've ever met (I've occassionally gone several nights in a row without a single minute of sleep). Melatonin didn't work for me, neither did various sleeping meds (over the counter). The only thing that worked was extreme physical exhaustion, which is also good for you, and works wonders on depression.
