New med's I'm on are not allowing me to eat almost anything at the moment, so my current diet is plain rice (with peas and sweet-corn), very dry cold chicken and cous cous. I'm taking vitamin supplements 3 times a day to help a little, but have lost over 19lb in almost 17 days now.Been told that the side affect of the meds should only last for another 2 weeks, but was just wondering if anyone had any other suggestions for food with literally zero fat and no flavour (or at least not a lot), almost all other veg is out as this is making me ill as well. Also wondering apart from the impact of not eating properly, how long I can literally carry on like this?

If your vitamin supplements are adequate and include minerals, you can probably eat like this for quite a long time.Rice is well known for being particularly free of allergens. You can also eat it in the form of rice-cakes. Brown rice is healthier and has a pleasant slight nutty taste - its main disadvantage is that you need to cook it much longer.Millet comes to mind, and sago (tapioca), as other foodstuffs almost anyone can tolerate.
