Well i read about how cardio burns fat right. I'm a muscle builder myself. But I do run a mile every time I work out and I do some stationary bikeing and i just sweat and sweat and i can feel the burn. So yeah. I mean just from the past 3 weeks Ive lost 3 pounds. And at first I didn't lose anything.. but I wasn' discouraged becuase I knew the muscle was building and that it would show later on. ok anyhow.. back to m question.. so yeah If i did more stationary biking.. and putting the drag on as if i was going slightly uphill and just sit there.. pumping it. feeling the burn. will that make me lose fat from all over my body? Or only my thighs? I want to lose fat in the mid section but whenever I do sit ups.. and I start to feel the burn.. its as if I can't breathe.. its not that I have asthma or some breathing condition.. Its just like I breathe in and no breathe comes out cuz its used up and its weird.. Do you all have any suggestions on working the mid section? Thanks guys so much. Oh by the way I'm 14. And yeah i know I prolly shouldn be worried about all that and what not. but its always good to keep in shape right
