Constant nose bleeds?

I tried to look up information on the internet before and I couldn't find anything. I can tell you it probably doesn't have to do with not getting enough sleep. I get a lot of sleep and I've probably had 10 or 15 nose bleeds so far this month. I don't know what's wrong.

Some people have fragile blood vessels in their nose - you can get them cauterised to stop the nose bleeds. You'd need to see a doctor, which would be a good thing anyway to check your blood pressure and those head-hurting symptoms.

You need more Iron in your diet. Eat more apples they contain a lot of Iron. Im not going to list other sourses, but check whatever fruits and vegetables have lots of Iron.

I used to get bloody noses all the time. I almost had them taken care of at the doctors, but I decided against it and I really do not have a problem, but I went through a period like that.

You already got some good advice here; I'd also guess that your nosebleeds are caused by one of two things: high blood pressure or anemia (iron deficiency). However, if the nosebleeds continue, I would definitely encourage you to consult a doctor about it. One of my students had persistent nosebleeds last year, and it turned out to be leukemia. He's doing well now though. That's pretty rare, I doubt your nosebleeds are caused by anything that serious. But it wouldn't hurt to get them checked out anyway.Good luck! PS Are you pregnant? Chronic nosebleeds are super-common among pregnant women.

My sister has always had nose bleeds very badly her whole life. She had to go to the doctor for it. Now she doesn't have them as often, but I'm not sure all the details. But yes there is something wrong and you definately need to see a doctor about it.
