Hi, I'm currently 16, 205 pounds, 6 ft tall and was wondering what I can do to lose weight the quickest naturally... I've been working out since i was 14 and work out pretty often.. so I guess im sort of built. Anwyays I'm looking to reach around 180 pounds or so and was wondering if cardio(jogging etC) and a diet is enough..and wondering what would work best for me.. plus would working out help burn the weight off quicker? thx.

Incorporate diet, cardio, and weight lifting together and you'll be able to lose weight rather quickly and keep it off.

Thx web, but I was looking for more indepth tips.. like how long of cardio (jogging ) each day and a work out program ;D and wut kind of foods to avoid and wut to eat...btw does drinking alot of water help lose weight? heard of something like that somewhere but i cant remember. thx

I personally can't make you a program to follow, but I can say that drinking water does help you lose weight. It doesn't necessarily mean you can lose weight by drinking a lot of water though.

like web said, cardio, dieting, weightlifting, but when you do weithlifting make sure to do a few dead-lifts, a dead-lift works EVERY mussle in your body
