hey guys, i need some help, i need to reduce my body fat% in the coming 2 months. i am 62kg at 172cm, and i need to lose the layer of fat which i have built up during winter. physically, i dont look fat, but i dont really feel that way, so, i want to get back into shape with diets and lots of excerise. so, can anyone give me some guides into how i can lose a few kgs of fat, and tone up the body in the next 2 months....thanks!!

Transform that into pounds for me & let me know exactly how many pounds you want to lose in 2 months. To safetly keep most of your muscle mass you can expect to lose 1.5 pounds a week, so it 2 months you could expect to lose about 12-13 pounds which should be about 5-6kg i think. Depending on your height, weight, and body fat level 12-13 pounds will vary. On a 300 pounds person that weight loss would hardly be noticed. On a 160 pound person that would be extremely noticable.Bascially keep a strict diet, cardio on a daily basis, and take a weight loss supplement. Lift weights, not too heavy not too light, so you can keep most of your hard-earned muscle mass.

that is 136.7pounds. i mainly want to lose bodyfats, mainly in the ab area. my:height - 172cmweight - 136.7poundsbodyfat % - 11%and i am tryng to reduce that to around 8-9%

holy hell 136 pounds?!! Unless you like 5'2" you should already be able to see your abs. Are you male or female?

then that would make you about 5'8". 5'8" @ 136 pounds is tiny bro. Probably losing 5 pounds would be all you needed to see your abs. Maybe you should consider lifting weights & trying to gain weight?

I weigh like 145lbs and am 5'8.... I started workign out maybe 6 months ago... I've gained defintion, have muscles now but no weight...? I"m not complaining but it'd be nice to gain 15 pounds or so...

cut out cardio, lift weights, eat mad amounts of food, consume about 300 grams of protein a day, sleep 8 hours a day, & you'll get bigger.

yeah thats pretty much what i do... I go on the bike for about 4 minutes to get warmed up then i go lifting, i just need to consume more protein... And actually i've gained weight, I"m out to 153ish now sweet

that would definately be mostly water weight, but if you're trying to gain weight & get stronger it helps. The more water in your system the better & more comfortable everything works when it comes to lifting weights.

Then why did you say you weigh 135 on the 6th, and on the 7th you suddenly gained 7 lbs?

I'm sure he was going by the last time he weighed. I do that all the time, since I only weigh like once a month unless I'm on a bulking cycle, then I weigh more regularly.

I don't know what you are talking about... i never said i weighed 136 poundsand if you just thought about it for one second you should have been able to determine that it wasn't just the day later
