My mom has had Melanoma in her upper arm, and it has come back 5 times and has 5 surgeries, and has gone through radiation.
I want everyone to know, that Melanoma can look like anything, my Moms cancer looked like little white lumps on her arm, it doesn't have to look black, or discolored.
IF YOU HAVE ANY, NEW OR STRANGE MOLES..or markings.. get them checked out. My Mother's doctor would not do a biopsy until she insisted, and it turned out to be cancer. She could have gotten it removed sooner...... so please...... get anything checked out that seems strange or seems to be growing in size!!
