well i have just started lifting and i spend five hours daily on it at the gym when should i start to see redults

are you referring to address me or are you starting to powerlift?Also what exactly was your question? What are you doing while working at for 5 hours a day? Thats an assload of time to be working out.

yes i was refering to you i bsically lift i usaly work on upper body and what not and lower body aswell its i do alot of freeweights and i usaly go arouns each machine twice at the gym that over 50 machine so it realy hard to explain

OK, well you want to workout anywhere from 45-90 minutes a day & train each body part no more than twice per week. If you eat & train properly you should see excellant progess in 3 months.

well i have been doing my 5 hour routine for 2 weeks now every say of the week to is it realy going to kill me to just continue like that

This will build endurance, which is a good thing. But that may not be what you're going for. You say that you may be pushing yourself too hard though. That's not a good thing since you may not be giving your body the time it needs to recover properly and build those muscles.
