I am a 16yr old boy and have recently discovered that i am unable to pull back my foreskin the whole way. After reading previous posts i have carried out the stretching exercises, altough i am not entirely sure i am doing them totally right. I am able to pull back my foreskin when flaccid (is this a positive sign) and yday while in the bath was able to pull my foreskin back behind the head. However unless i have been in the bath i am still unable to get it to move back and it feels painful and very tight. Shall i keep doing the exercises because i really dont want to be circumcised? and can someone give exact measures of how to do them accurately? Thanks for any replies in advance

Phimosis

PhoenixFirre, I'm moved your post to the correct forum.

Don't do anything about it except gently stretch it - I stress gently because if you overdo it then you will end up with proper phimosis. It's perfectly natural even in your late teens to still have congenital phimosis (essentially everyone has congenital phimosis until puberty-late teenage years). As a rule, if it hurts then under no circumstances keep stretching it as it can create a permanent phimosis that you may be stuck with your whole life (or until you get circumcised). It generally just fixes itself if you leave it, if not then gentle stretching fixes it.
