I have a hardened vein running from the base of my penis down to the glans. A lump is also evident at the base of the penis (nearest to belly). This lump SEEMS to be connected in some way to the abnormal vein, and is roughly the size of a pea.I am scared this could be a malignant lump and therefore cancerous.I have searched the Internet for detailed information of these symptoms and Mondor's Disease is quite likely to be the problem. It is caused by prolonged sexual activity, penile trauma or infection.Am I right to suspect Mondor's Disease?

Mondor's Disease

I had to look it up. A clot in the vein (which is effectively what Mondor's disease is) does seem a possibility, though I wonder if a varicose vein is also a possibility. I think you'll want a doctor's opinion. If it's Mondor's, the lump will be the clot and associated swollen vein. You'll want to see a doctor. This is too important an organ to leave its welfare to chance.
