Ive been doing pressups recently and situps and going biking, to get into shape. When i first started i could only do around 7 pressups (im around 17 stone) and 50+ situps and now after 2 weeks I can do 25 around, but i havent seen much of a improvement in aesthetic value of my arms lol. Just wondering if i would need to get a weight set to see more of a 'gain'. As for situps and biking, im startin to get me a 6 pack :laughing:.
