No, it's not really possible to catch stds if you guys have only been with each other. I only know of one std that can do that; and that is molluscum. Molluscum is a poxvirus that you can get from inatimate objects such as pools, towels, razors, etc. But if it's in the genital area, it's most likely transmitted sexually since it's a skin to skin contact kind of thing. So, if it's on your genitals, it's most likely spread by sexual contact. However, I highly highly doubt that's what it is. I only brought it up because I have a couple spots of molluscum on my inner thighs and near my underwear line and freaked until I found out what it was. What your girlfriend has is most likely follicitis (an ingrown hair or infected hair follicle), razor burn, a pimple, or something called a sebaceous gland which are little pimple-ish looking bumps that cover the genitalia. Men have them on their testicles and sometimes appear on their penises, and women have them all around their vagina area. Sometimes one gets irritated or fills with sebum (an oily substance) and gets large. I'm sure she's fine. If she's having trouble urinating, having sex, etc. she should see a doctor or clinician. Everybody has some sort of bumps or lumps... And if you two are monogomous and haven't been with anyone else, there isn't hardly a chance you could have an std.
