I have a 3 day routine...*everyday consists of running 10 minutes before and 20 minutes afterDay 1 (4 sets 10 reps each):-Bench Press (pecs, anterior delt, triceps)-Military Press (delt, pecs, triceps)-Leg Extension (quads)-Leg Curl (hamstring, gastrocnemius)-Squat (quads)-Tricep Press-down (triceps, brachioradials)-Lunge (quads, hamstring, gastrocnemius)-Dead Lift (quads)-Toe Raise (gastrocnemius)Day 2 (4 sets 10 reps each):-Preacher Curl (Biceps, Brachioradials)-Ab Crunch (abs)-Lat Pull-Down (lats, trape)-Standing Curl (biceps, brach)-Shoulder Shrug (trape, rhomboids)-Upright Row (biceps, deltoids, trape)-Reverse Upright Row (biceps, deltoids, trape)Day 3:-1 hour long "Tae Bo: Advanced"-Ab WorkThen I start over without missing a day. I eat whatever I want. I wanted to know if this is possibly too much. And if there are any meal plans that have been effective for some people that may work. I want to be cut and I don't think I will be able to by eating what I eat. I drink tonnes of water. What could I eat to help me get in shape?
