After not doing many regular and weighted push ups for over a month, I feel like I'm doing something wrong. My form is exactly what it used to be, but I'm not feeling it at all in my chest, rather it's my tris that are getting worked. I'm not sure why this is, any ideas?
Btw, is it just me or has powerlifter not been on for awhile? Haven't seen any posts by him in the health and fitness section for awhile, lol.
