when did you start?
-
For everyone getting into shape...
-
A week into this semester. Like, ummm, mid-January.
-
wow, major progress in a short amount of time.
-
yeah, but it's all slowing down. I'm stopping my current plan @ Spring Break and switching to a cardio plan to burn more fat.
-
bump up your workout to 2 hours a day 3 times a week and include cardio every other day or something.
-
Ok.. Some girl today started naming off exercises for the stomach... I didn't catch em all.. But would like to know something.. What are a few good exercises to tone my stomach? 200 crunches a day do it for me? Any input?
-
Are you unhappy with stomach size???Don't do 200 crunches, sit ups, etc. All that will do is build muscle and push out the fat, making you look fatter. The best thing to do is a strength plan with cardio weight lifting thrown in. You burn fat, build muscle, and feel good.
-
That's what happened to me, abdomen pushed out the fat and made me look even bigger.. if u wanna lose the stomach do cardio then work out your abdomen (after u lose the belly)to get nice ripped abs.
-
exactly. I start cardio after I get back from Spring Break.
-
man! I am fatter than most of you and I do twice as much of a workout! WEights 3 times a week. 2 mile run on Tuesdays(we have a nice big hill that goes up and down for 2 miles) and Thursday I run sprints (10+ 100m sprints, 2 800m runs, 10+ 50m runs. I think it is the Creatine + Protein shake that are keeping me big.
-
Yeah. You should probably lay off of the Creatine. I've never used any additional supplements like that and I still build muscles and lose weight fine.
-
That is why i take it. My body does not permit from gaining lots of muscle. I come from a family of Italians (all overweight) and the creatine is helping me bulk up as well as slim down.
