Ok. So I Got a bunch of sore muscles after I exercise. I stretch, warm up...maybe I'm not doing it right? Because I am so sore right now...only my arms though....maybe its becuz the exercises I do. I do the tae bo thing. Anyone can tell me what Ican do to make the pain go away
Pain After exercise
The fact that the bulk of the soreness comes after the exercise and not during it usually means that you've done it right. You've worked your muscles, but haven't injured them is what this usually means. When you get sharp pain while exercising, you need to lay off on that body part. Like me example, I've been getting alot of that in my hams and my shoulders since I'm fairly new to weight training and may have not eased myself into a routine properly.
