ok first off,. i will NEVER do a fad diet, allt hey are are diets that work for a while, are totally unhealthlty, and once you choose to leave the diet POOF.. This being said i was kinda thinking up my own diets... and i remember quite a few years ago a friends father did an orange diet, he lost 55lbs in about 4-5 months, i cant remember excatly but i stopped talking to them then started again a few monhs later and he was 55lbs lighter. All he ate was oranges and apples, and this is what im thinking about doing. But only concern is, is it that healthy for me? i work at fedex 60 hours a week, always doing physical work... so that cuts my cardio part id have to do on my own time out. And ii was thinking as long as i take vitaman supplements i should be find. but im just looking for feed back.Thanks!
