In the lat hour I've needed the toilet 3 times and everytime I've passed blood in my urine (most of the liquid is blood, but not a lot of it). I'm wondering whether this is just because my boyfriend has maybe cut/damage me during sex, or whether it's a urinal tract infection. I don't know if it's pregnancy but we've used protection (condoms) each time and they haven't split, although I'm not on the pill. There's a slight burning sensation.

Passing blood

urinary tract infection can cause a burning sensation and some blood discharge when you pee....it's pretty uncomfortable. you should go to the doctor and get it checked.

I hope by now you've seen a doctor because if this is a UTI, which it sounds like, it will only get worse. However, the good news is that it is easily cureable with prescription medication.

The bleeding came around the first time at around 6PM, and I went around 3 times in an hour. But by 10PM it had stopped and had stopped since. It hurt a tiny bit during sex today for a moment, but after a few seconds it was fine and he was back to having normal sex again.Since it only latest an hour or so, what do you reckon? Remember it came out when I urinated, so it isn't pregnancy is it? And since it has stopped, do you reckon he just hurt me rather than a UTI? I haven't seen a doctor yet, but do you reckon I'm safe now?

I guess the question is where is the blood coming from. Can you tell if it's coming from your vagina or your urethra? If it is coming from your vagina, it is possible that he hurt you. Was the sex rough? If the blood is from your urethra, you might want to check this site for more symptoms and information:http://www.drreddy.com/uti.html

Yes, get it checked by a doctor! I did hear about a case described exactly as your's. The guy was actually cramming his dick ,in her urethra, and hammering her bladder!

Two weeks ago my mom had a small cyst removed from her kidney, that was causing occasional blood in her urine. It really could be from a multitude of things, just see your doctor about it.

Hey I'm going to go and see th nurse tomorrow. What are the chances of getting an infection through sex with a condom though? The bleeding stopped after the first day, so I thought it was just tearing. But about 10 minutes ago a little bit came out.Is this symptomatic of pregnancy? None of the condoms have split....I'm not sure what's going on

If the condoms didn't split and you used them properly (at the beginning of the erection) and he withdrew before he became soft, you should not have any worries of pregnancy. I suspect something else (or nothing). It's goot that you're getting checked out. Let us know what you find out.

To add to Amanda's post, i would use the restroom and urinate blood, this happened 2 days in a row, 3 day had unspeakable pains in my lower abdominal area. When to the doctor blood was caused for one of the cyst on my ovaries that erupted. I would say mos def go to the doc.

first pay attention to if it is comming from your urine or from your vagina. since your urethra is so close to your vagina opening, you could be bleeding there, and it is being washed down with the pee. then, go to the doctor, and tell the doctor everything. about what you think that your boyfriend could have made a mistake during sex, or if you have been feeling any differant, like buring while you pee, constant urination (4-5 times an hour) or constant stomach aches. it could be many things, and only your doctor will really be able to tell.
