my anger is out of control i'm realy starting to see it my self and suggestion on what i should do it real let go the other night and man i dunno what i did i realy need help i bruised four of my nuckles in a fight is their a forum on this

i understand completely i have super anger problems my family and girlfriend have begun to realize it and i wanna try to get help and i want to stop being so anrgy all the time so for that last souple of days ive been trying to think things out before punching someone or something it does help sometimes i just cant help it and i snap but i think its okay to punch something once in a while (usually a wall i dont wanna go to prison at 18)

anger is a most remarkable thing. It creates as well as it destroys. I am covered in self aflicted scares but I'm still alive. Embrace your anger and use it as fuel to move forward, to compete, to win. try to focus the energy.

Jail time eh? If you do go to jail think about this, when you feel angry think about the consequences. In reality, it's really hard to change something like anger to something useful, but try it.
