Hey, My prom dilemma is asking some one to prom. Idk about asking someone in my grade from my school, the reason is-is because the girl i would ask would most likely be in another clique/group from me. so if she did say yes, idk how the limo arrangements/after party would be. like i would want to be with my friends and vice versa. and i know that both groups would want to be together..... so would it be better to ask some1 below my grade? or some1 outside of my school? any replies are appreciated- DC03

Ask who you want to ask..it's up to you.

Hmmm... Well, I only went to senior prom and I went with a friend. When we were at the prom she pretty much hung with her friends and I hung out with mine. At the end we met up and I took her home. By that time it was like 12 and I was too tired to party. Maybe a friend or solo would be the way to go.

I am def. not going solo, maybe a friend would be a way to go.

I say either take a friend from your school or a friend from a diffrent school. I took one of my bestfriends I went to church with, and we had a blast. Just ask who you want, you'll have fun no matter what.

Ah, the prom, the ultimate American tradition. All I've got is "the Debs", its like the Prom, but not as much effort is put in. Oh god, I don't think I'll even go to mine...As has been said before, ask whomever you want. On nights like those everyone gets along, no matter what groups you hang out in.

The best thing would be to do whatever you want to do, not what you think someone else would want you to do. Ask who you want to go with, and hang out with who you feel the most comfortable. Otherwise, it wont be as great as you think it will.I went to both my jr. and sr. prom. I had the most fun when I went with my bf, hung out with my friends, and then just went back ot my house and ate ice cream and watched movies with him.The less complicated it is, ususally is the most fun. Also, and I know this is kinda morbid, but one of my best friends died a week after prom. That was the last time I saw her. So just hang out with who you want and don't take it for granted.
