Can anyone here give me an example of a good workout program.Im interested in gaining muscle mass and definition.1:Ive been told by many that its better not to workout the same mussle every day but like every 2 days.If so that means I only get to work on that muscle 2 to 3 times a week.Sounds short....so should I do it every day?2:For losing waist and stomach fat is treadmil better or the bicycle?Or do they do the same thing....ive noticed I sweat more on the bicycle tho...

Thanks...it isnt bad news lol...I mean I only got like half an inch of fat on my stmach but as everyone else..i dont even want that small part.What about eating then....should I eat 6 small meals a day...or.....?
Keep in mind that Im not looking to be like the UFC or WCW guys.You know,I just want a lean body with noticable muscles.
