I have always had a very sensitive nose. Since I can't remember when, I have always sneezed over 7 times on average everytime I sneeze. Recently, since I have to wake up at 5:30 for school, I wake up and (while still in a half-sleepy state) blow my nose quite forcefully even though it generally just makes my nose more sneezy and irritated. 20 minutes later I will look at the tissues and discover them to be all bloody. Then I blow my nose again and the blood is completely gone. No more blood throughout the day. Also, I have never had a "nose bleed" in my life. Kinda strange...
In addition, I seem to be having a never ending runny/irritated nose throughout the day. This has been happening for the past few months and I don't know why. Especially in the morning hours I will need to walk around with tissues wherever I go and slowly my nose gets better throughout the day.
Anybody know what I can do to alleviate all of this nose action? I really don't want to harm my nasal passages for when I get older and I don't want to damage my nose.
