i have changed my diet recently.somewhat. would eating more vegatables and fruits give me gas? or is it the change in diet?also. would those foods be making it smell bad? i usually dont ever have gas. and i've had it bad for about a week.any suggestions or help. please do

More fruits and vegetables? Probably a good source of gas; unfortunately healty, fibrous foods often cause extra gas. Things like broccoli and cabbage and beans (and cruciferous vegetables in general) cause gas. Eggs make the gas more fragrant.I think people should just get used to flatulence, a natural, healthy result of digestion. But if you can't: flatulence filter seat cushion. Now that I'm constipated, I realize that being constipated causes more gas than anything.Other things that cause gas: drinking throough a straw, chewing gum, or anything that causes you to swallow air.
