Generally i'd have said an obvious yes. But i litterally have no body fat. Doing weights will i guess make me stronger even if the visual effects arent as great as if i was a little porkier.
Surely theres only so much i can do. I mean if i do weights for several month will my bones get bigger as well? Like i said im rather skinny and im serious about the gym this time but my arms look like with too much weight the'll just break in half lol! So im just asking will my body as a whole grow, get bigger, will my frame grow to compensate for the aditional strain being placed on it? Im quite lucky because im broad shouldered but other than that im a scrawny git

Will weighttraining make me bigger?

This is simple:If you want muscle, get fat. Not fat as in chubby just eat more than usual and work out so instead of turning into body fat it will turn to muscle fat.If u work out while being the weight u say u are you might even lose some(which is obviously bad) cuz lot of calories are burnin.

No that is not true. Lifting weights alone will not cause you to lose weight. Weight lose and loss of calories has to do with evevation of heart rate not lift weights. Yes, extra calries will help with muscle growth though. No, your bone structure will not change, only your muscles will change.
