Iv been working on upper body, arms ,chest . ect. But the one thing i need to improve on is my abs/stomach. What is a good work out to get those hard looking abs.

crunches and sit ups for strength.a lot of the reps I do like tricep push-down, prone leg curl, etc. you can flex your abs and you will get some effect outta that.

You gotta be fat free on ya stomache to see it anyhow, regardless to how many crunches you do. I don't work my stomache much but i still have a hard and physical 6pack. I literally worked it for about 2 weeks of doing 160 crunches a day. If that. Hmm, think i might put some more effort into it. Could be easy muscle. In fact im gonna do some now... HA at 12:25am too :smile:

Hmm. Just done 200 wiithout a break. It mite not be a lot but its more in 1 go than i usually do in 1 day. Usually do 4x40\. Not bad especially considering i havent worked them in weeks.

Strap a phone book to your feet. lay on the ground, place your thumbs under your ass for support, and lift them legs without arching your back. Come on, LIFT! Hold for two minutes, take a 1 minute break, repeat.
