I'm 15, and starting to think a lot more about girls. I dont want a girlfriend yet (my parents wouldnt approve anyways) but I do wanna start to get noticed more and maybe even get a girl to talk to me once in a while.I wouldn't exactly call myself lazy, its just that I find exercising boring, and I am addicted to playing online rpgs (I dont want to fall behind my friends, believe me, if I could exercise and play at same time, I would). The only physical exercise I get is only 10 min on exercise machine saturday and sundays, and jog home from school each day at lunch time (10 min walk) which is very little exercise I knowAnyways, I was wondering, if I dont want to exercise much, maybe I could do something about my diet.If I stop eating KFC every tuesday, 4 filet o fish every 2-4 weeks every friday, no more sugared drinks/soda, no more snacks like chips or chocolate chip cookies, would that help me lose or at least not gain weight? Or would that be too minor that it wouldnt change anything?BTW, im 5'5" and 150lbs

Try and cut out junk food altogether and eat more fruit and vegetables in your diet.you will have to increase the amount of excercise you do - work out and excercise while you are listening to music or watching tv to make it less boring.

I personally don't know how you find excerisiing boring. What could be better than improving and changing yourself? I would call yu lazy whether you think it or not. Excercise is very important to you healty and you could definetly use some! Yes, removing all of the crap you mentioned in your diet would help create weightloss.

Are you taking the shortest way home from school ? try to use a longer way to get about 30 minutes of walking

stationary excercising is really boring and jogging home to eat lunch which you said is a ten minute walk looks like your just running down the street or around a corner a short ways. Your only reason to run seems to be movitated by eating more food. Well...I suggest you play sports. How about joining a soccer, or basketball team? You'll run off lots of calories and you won't know it. Another idea is too walk on your treadmill while playing your RPG games if thats possible. Switching to a diet soda might help you too.

NO! cut soda out. diet soda is badder (hm?) that normal soda because of the aspartame (sp?) it contains.

please do change your diet, as of now it SUCKS (sorry for being blunt). I am a vegitarian, and always have been. by eating enough vegies, and never having that fatty meats, i have never once had to worry about my weight or diet. i have always been in the healthiest of my class. i would strongly sudgest that you cut out the junk food, and add lots of fruits and vegies to your diet.

This is proof that we Americans have absolutely no idea about nutrition. Gee, is reducing calories going to affect my weight. HELLO, of course it will. By the way there are way more important things to be doing besides playing video games. Girls are more impressed with a good physique rather than your highest score on a game. I love video games, but c'mon, which will prolong your life, a high score or physical activity?
