I've had weights at home for like forever, using them is another story though, even though i dont mind doing them,, so i will.Basic question. I do 3 sets of 10 reps on each arm. General rule is to have a cooling off day, especially with the gym but do i need a full 48 hours for my arm muscles to rebuild after a total of 3 mins work out or can i safely do that amount of reps every day without damaging my muscles?

using weights everyday isn't ideal - your muscles do you need a days rest to recover. continue with your reps but try and slowly increase the reps you do.

I think what excerise you are doing is pointless. You'd be better of doing only pushups.

I dont need to be strong, i just wanna look a bit stronger Sure i could do pushups but i want to have a little bit bigger arms before i work the rest of me bod Besides im pretty strong proprtionatly to my body weight, pushups do little for me.
