Seeing as you had this for a while, have you talked to a doctor?
-
sad to say no I'm actually afraid of the doctor but if anyone knows what it could be that would be most helpful

Never hear of this.. Go to your doctor. Why are yo afraid of the doctor? Would you rather your penis falls off?
-
No one can diagnose you over the internet. You need to see a doctor.

I would definately recommend seeing a doctor. I had some questions about pain in my testicle once, and I was very nervous about seeing a doctor. I waited for about a month before I actually went to the doctor for it. It turned out to be nothing, but it was quite a burden to worry about all day for a whole month. I don't really know why I was afraid to talk to a doctor about it. Trust me, a doctor will be very professional about it, no matter if its something serious, or you just being over worried about nothing. It will be a HUGE weight off your shoulders if you go see a doctor. Its ok to be nervous about it, but you need to go through with it. And since you have no idea what it may be, it might save your life. Think about it? would you rather be a bit nervous and uncomfortable for a few minutes while you let a doctor look at it, or would you rather just ignore it and have a chance of getting very sick, or even dying? Please go see a doctor.

Pluck up your courage and get to see a doctor. If someone asks you why you need to see him/her, just say it is a personal matter. When the doc comes in, start off by saying you are a bit nervous about being there and hopefully this will clue him/her in to being a bit more understanding.Good luck !
